A personal session is a good place to start. One hour sessions (60 mins) are $120, and one hour and a half sessions (90 mins) are $150. Email me first to schedule a time. We can connect via Skype, FaceTime, or on the telephone. You may be in the comfort of your home, or else somewhere quiet where you can recline, relax and focus for an hour or two. After care for a session is simple: take it easy and drink lots of water. I am located in Northen California and I do sessions in person, by phone, skype and facetime.
